A Witch's Guide to Magical Innkeeping by Sangu Mandanna

Sera Swan lost almost all of her magic abilities fifteen years ago when she brought her great-aunt Jasmine back from the dead. Now in her thirties, she runs an inn called Batty Hole, where a quirky group of people have taken up permanent residence.
